Known as one of the principal producer of Sannio's extra vergine olive oil, Olivicola del Titerno gains his innovative and meticulous system of production with a particular attention to the maintenance of the nutritional properties and the organoleptic characteristics in the phases of conservation of the oil, being awarded with several recognitions.

Products: extra vergine olive oil (biologic, ortice, racioppella, ortolana, classic)


FUNGHI DI BIASE

Since decades Funghi Di Biase faces up to every gastronomic demand, treating an ample range of mushrooms and natural products of the brushwood. Its production foresees diversified steps of conservation of fresh, dry and frozen products, according to the kind of distribution.

Products: porcini and mixed mushrooms, asparagus, artichokes, mixed berries, chestnuts.

Since 1998 the mission of the LIDERLAT dairy was to satisfy customers, preserving the tastes and the genuineness of the cheese tradition of the Italian postwar period.

In order to do this, the whole process of production has achieved elevated qualitative standards, starting from an accurate selection of the primary product (the milk of Sannio's pastures sanniti) up to the distribution of the ended product.

Products: fiordilatte, ricotta, provola affumicata, butter, caciotta, scamorza, vacuum-packed cheese, caciocavallo.
